You retain all rights to your uploaded content. By uploading, you grant VVS.bio the right to:

Host and display your content on the platform
Present your work in our portfolio showcase
Make technical optimizations (compression, etc.)

6. Availability and Maintenance

We strive for 99%+ availability of the platform. Maintenance work will be announced in advance. We cannot guarantee 100% availability.

7. Free Usage

VVS.bio is fundamentally free to use. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future. Existing free features will remain free of charge.

8. Termination and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts for violations of these terms without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer

VVS.bio is provided "as is". We assume no liability for:

Data loss or technical failures
Damage from third-party content
Lost profits or indirect damages

10. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms of service at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via email.

11. Applicable Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
